Step 2:
After choosing a Project, a file list is displayed based upon which Project the User selected. Clicking "Download" prompts the User to save the file to their hard drive. After this, the
file download process is complete!
The files are kept on the server for a period of time that you specify. The User is periodically reminded to download the file if they have not already done so. After the specified time period is up,
the file is deleted from the server. This saves expensive disk space, and keeps the file system tidy.
